Our laboratory
Built between the end of 2022 and Q1 2023, the PreBiomics NGS facility is a high-throughput microbial sequencing laboratory designed to sequence up to 20,000 samples per month by means of a semi-automated processing pipeline focused on human microbiome samples.
• Production-scale NGS Illumina sequencing platforms: NovaSeq 6000Dx and NovaSeq X Plus.• End-to-end service from microbial DNA extraction to raw sequencing data delivery and advanced metagenomic analysis.• Average turn-around-time: 10 days from receipt of sample to delivery of raw data.• Customized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to ensure sample management and tracking at each step of the process.• Solid computational infrastructure to ensure fast and reliable data transfer and analysis.
